Kasaar is a North Indian sweet mostly made as a prashad after any hawan or puja or for new mothers. It can also be made into laddoos by adding extra ghee.

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour - 250 grams
Ghee - 1 Teaspoon
Castor Sugar - 125 grams
Dry Fruits - According to taste/ optional
Tulsi Leaves - A few
Batasha - A few
Method
Step 1 - Heat very little ghee in a wok & saute wheat flour till light brown.
Step 2 - Allow the flour to cool down.
Step 3 - Add castor sugar, dry fruits like raisins, chironji etc, few batashas & tulsi leaves.
