Moti Lal Mirch Ki Chutney

Moti Lal Mirch - 150 grams

Imli/Tamarind - 50 grams

Khada Namak - 2 teaspoons

Whole Methi - 1 teaspoon

Mustard Oil - 1 tablespoon


Step 1 - Grind the imli first, in a mixer and then add salt & red chillis. All the ingredients have to be ground coarsely.

Step 2 - Mix them & check the consistency, it should be thick.

Step 3 - Roast the whole methi, coarsely grind it & add to the chutney.

Step 4 - Add raw mustard oil.

Step 5 - The chutney is ready and makes a very tasty condiment to any Indian dish.
