Presenting Nimbu Chicken, simple, easy, tangy and lip-smacking. A versatile recipe which can be served as a starter or as a main.
Ingredients
Chicken - 900 grams cut into small pieces
Lemon - 2
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - 4-5 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Green Coriander to garnish
Method
Step 1 - Heat butter in a pan, add chicken, juice of 2 lemons & fry well.
Step 2 - When the chicken is done, add salt, cumin powder & red chilli powder. Garnish with fresh coriander.
Step 3 - Serve hot as a quick starter or at dinner with garlic bread.
